Nashville Shores

Mommy and Daddy took me to Nashville Shores again yesterday!! 

If you notice: on the left you'll see a little girl who just can't resist my cuteness and charm and has to come play with me.

My 12 Month Checkup

Went to the doctor yesterday for my 12 month checkup.  I'm 32 1/2 inches tall (97th percentile!!!) and I weigh 25lbs. and 2oz. (79th percentile).  This mean old nurse gave me two shots and pricked my finger!  Grandpa said he's gonna come down here and kick her butt!!  I hope he does.  It really hurt!!

I like to make a lot of faces with my tongue these days.

Our Zoo Trip

We went to the zoo last week with grandma and grandpa.  It was HOT!!

 First we saw some monkeys.  They were being so loud!

 Then we saw this place where water was shooting out!  And you know me...

 It looks like Daddy is sticking me right in the water but, it's really to the right of me so I can stick my arm and hand out into it.

 I rode on a hippo!

And Mommy just HAD to get my picture on the turtle.

 This was one of my favorite places!  It was ALL padded!  AND I was surrounded by a bunch of cute little girls!

All this excitment made me tired.

My First Birthday!!!

I turned One Year Old today and here is pretty much how it went!!

First Mommy and Daddy came in to my bedroom right after I woke up to wish me a happy birthday and a balloon!

 We had breakfast at IHOP.  I LOVE pancakes!

 After Grandma and Grandpa, Aunt Korene, and Cole came over, we got in the pool!

 Daddy fed me some mac and cheese, green beans, baked beans and bbq pork!  Yuuuummmmm!!

 Here's my very own cake...all to myself.

 Everybody sang "Happy Birthday" to me.

 Mommy said I didn't get quite as messy as she thought I would!  I guess I just didn't like the feel of all that icing all over my hands.

 Got lots and lots of presents!!!  I had a GREAT first birthday!!!
